1. Do I have to purchase meals or beverages?

No, you can stay at your choice of hotel completely free of charge on a room only basis.

 

2. Can I choose whichever hotel I like?

Yes, the choice is completely yours as long as the hotel is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability!

 

3. Is there secure parking available at the hotel?

Most of the hotels offer car parking, however it is best to check at time of booking.

 

4. What facilities does the hotel have to offer?

All hotels in the promotion have a symbol guide, which will show you what facilities they provide.

 

5. Do you have more hotels than the ones featured in the booklet that I received?

Yes! It is always good to go through the website as we are constantly adding new hotels.

 

6. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room?

The majority of the hotels featured in the promotion do offer room upgrades, which are usually stated, if you are interested in upgrading your room please speak to the reservations team at time of booking.

 

7. Can I order flowers, chocolates or champagne to be in my room on arrival?

Most hotels do offer this facility; please enquire with the reservations team at the time of booking.

 

8. Is there a charge for paying on a credit card?

Yes there is a 2.5% charge applicable when paying via credit card, this may be subject to change. Please check at time of booking.

 

9. How long is the offer valid for?

The offer validity date will be stated on page 12 of your booklet – term number 21.

 

10. Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
